The Land
"UNDER ALL IS THE LAND". The banks consider land the only indestructible collateral. At PPF Homes we are prepared to build a new home for you but we understand that the land must come first.
Working in conjunction with our sister company One Stop Realty, we have beautiful home sites on reserve. These are lots we know are suitable for construction.
When we build your home is up to you, where we build it is determined by the availability of land suitable for construction.
Remember, every nickle you invest in your land will be credited as all or part of your home deposit when you're ready to build with us.
Financing
PPF Homes can help qualified home buyers with in-house financing for construction.
We will explain to you every requirement and option available today, including the 2009 Tax Credit enacted by Congress. Please click on "Financing" above to find out.

Your Home
Once the building lot and financing has been secured, you and your Home Planner will discuss the style and requirements for your new home.
Our staff Architect will be available at any time to insure all requirements and particular wishes can be accommodated.
It's very possible that any one of our model homes will meet yor needs, but if required, we will modify the design according to your wishes and spectations. We can also custom design the home of your dreams to meet your budget and expectations.
Construction
As soon as all approvals and permits have been secured, we will proceed with the construction of your home.
You will participate in this process from start to finish. You will be asked to review and inspect every stage of construction to insure your expectations are met and all work is done in a professional manner.
During this process, you will have the opportunity to select the interior and exterior finishes which make your home unique. Carpets, vinyls, siding, kitchen cabinetry and many other items will be selected and specified by you.
